Health Talks

 It is clear that we are living in an incredible age of information.  However, the best description for the current climate of information is the WWW - THE Wild Wild Web.   Information is currently democratized so all can contribute to it, all can curate it, all can collect it, all can consume it and it has become a real challenge to decipher what is based on evidence versus what is simply anecdotes, opinions or beliefs.  This is my intention with Health Talks - to provide my patients with not only evidence based information but an approach to navigating the Wild Wild Web to find the information they can actually use to make the best decisions for their health.
